In 2024, the EU made quite extensive changes to the CLP Regulation. To this end, it adopted Regulation (EU) 2024/2865. Over the course of about three dozen pages, various articles of the regulation were rewritten or supplemented. Barely a year after this amending regulation was adopted, a “revision of the revision” took place: The “Stop the Clock” Act extended the transition period for various adjustments. But that is not all.
